Data Privacy Policy

Text that is inputted by the user into our apps and generated by our apps is visible to PenFlow AI’s personnel. Access to this data enables us to enhance our apps to provide better functionality for users and monitor compliance with our acceptable use policy.  This text data will not be sold to third parties.

We ask that you do not input any personally identifiable information (“PII”) into our apps. PII is information that can be used to identify a specific individual. PII includes, but is not limited to, full names, mailing addresses, and social security numbers. 

PenFlow AI apps run on the Microsoft Azure cloud. We ask that you familiarize yourself with Microsoft's data privacy policy since it applies to our apps. Microsoft's Data Privacy Policy can be reviewed at Microsoft Privacy Policy.

PenFlow AI apps access OpenAI’s large language models. We ask that you familiarize yourself with OpenAI’s data privacy policy since it applies to our apps. OpenAI’s Data Privacy Policy can be reviewed at OpenAI Privacy Policy. 

PenFlow AI's apps are developed using Anvil's development platform. We ask that you familiarize yourself with Anvil's data privacy policy since it applies to our apps. Anvil’s Data Privacy Policy can be reviewed at  Anvil Privacy Policy.
