Acceptable Use Policy

PenFlow AI expects everyone to use our Generative AI-based apps in a responsible, legal manner. Our acceptable use policy applies to all users of our apps.  If we discover that your usage of our apps does not follow this policy, we may issue you a warning to change your behavior. Repeated and/or serious violations of our policy may result in the suspension or termination of your access to our apps.

Users of our apps must be 18 years of age or older.

Any Illegal activity.

Child sexual abuse material or any content that exploits or harms children.

Generation of hateful, harassing, or violent content.

Content that expresses, incites, or promotes hate based on race, gender, ethnicity, or religion.

• Content that intends to harass, threaten, or bully an individual.
• Content that promotes or glorifies violence or celebrates the suffering or humiliation of others.
• Content that promotes domestic abuse.
• Content that promotes violent extremism or terrorism.

Content that promotes or encourages acts of self-harm, such as suicide, cutting, and eating disorders.

Content that promotes or encourages the use of illegal, mind-altering drugs or provides instructions on how to synthesize or access such drugs.

Fraudulent or deceptive content, including:

• Scams
• Phishing
• Malware
• Plagiarism
• Disinformation
• Spam
• Impersonation

Adult sexual content, including:

• Content meant to arouse sexual excitement or promote sexual services, e.g., prostitution. 
• Pornography
